- Device information and screen resolution
Content Data
We store the content you create, edit, and analyze using WriteWise. This includes your written posts, drafts, brand voice profiles, and any AI-generated suggestions you accept or reject.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our AI content generation services
- Process your payments through Stripe
- Analyze and improve your content with AI assistance
- Personalize your experience and provide tailored recommendations
- Send you important service updates and notifications
- Respond to your support requests and questions
- Monitor usage patterns to improve our platform
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

Third-Party Services
AI Processing
We use third-party AI services including OpenAI and Anthropic to power our content analysis and generation features. When you use AI-powered features, your content is sent to these services for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and do not use your data to train their models without your explicit consent.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe receives your payment information, which may include credit card details and billing address. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. Stripe's processing of your payment information is governed by their privacy policy.
Authentication
When you sign in with Google OAuth, Google shares your email address and basic profile information with us. This process is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
Social Media Integration
If you connect your LinkedIn or Twitter accounts to publish content directly, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We use these connections solely to post content on your behalf when you request it.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

- Encryption of sensitive data at rest

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Content and drafts: Retained until you delete them or close your account
- Usage data: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics purposes
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
